September 30 is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, also known as, Orange Shirt Day in BC, Canada. “We encourage every British Columbian to wear an orange shirt to proclaim that every child matters, and that we are all committed to working together with Indigenous peoples to create a better future for all of our children, for the province and for the entire country.”
